No. Your client connects their own Amazon account through a secure link, which gives you the access you need to manage their inventory and shipments. You never see or touch their Seller Central login or password. 

Security is built into every layer. Clients connect their Amazon account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API, the approved method for linking software to a Seller Central account. Your client authorizes it themselves, and login credentials are never shared with us or stored by us.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access is protected by role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege controls, so people only ever reach the data they actually need. We access Amazon data solely to run your prep operation, never for advertising, never for resale, and never shared across accounts.

Right from their portal. Your client picks the products and quantities they're sending, adds any notes, tracking, or special instructions, and hits "Ship to Prep Center." The shipment shows up on  your end with a full breakdown of what's coming, so you know exactly what to expect before it arrives. 

They can even book the shipment to you on our discounted carrier rates, so they start saving before the box hits your dock. When it lands, you receive and reconcile it against what they sent, and it flows straight into your inventory.

When a shipment arrives, you receive it right in ShippingBrain Prep. Mark it delivered, scan units into inventory, and assign warehouse locations as you go. If anything shows up short, missing, or damaged, flag it with a note and it's logged against that shipment.                                

 Your client watches the whole thing happen in real time from their portal, exactly the way they'd track a shipment being received at an Amazon fulfillment center. No status-update emails. No "did  it get there yet?" calls. Once you mark it received, every unit transfers into your inventory and  it's ready to prep.
